Andrea Pierce has spent her entire career doing one thing: helping people navigate the process of settling an estate with as little stress and uncertainty as possible.
With over 25 years of experience in probate and estate administration, Andrea is one of the most qualified specialists in her field. She is a qualified solicitor, a Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) — reflecting the highest professional standards in this area — and has held senior leadership roles at national level, including Legal Services Director for one of the UK's largest probate providers.
But it was precisely that experience at scale that shaped what Andrea Pierce Probate Services is today.
Working within a large organisation, Andrea saw first-hand how easy it is for the personal to get lost in the process — for families to feel like a case number rather than a person. She set up her own practice because she believed there was a better way: one where every client receives the same level of expert guidance, but with the time, care and individual attention that a difficult situation genuinely deserves.
Today, Andrea leads a small, specialist team who share that same commitment. Every client is treated as an individual. Every estate is handled with the same thoroughness and compassion — whether it's a straightforward administration or a complex estate involving inheritance tax, trusts or contested matters.

Andrea is a highly experienced probate specialist solicitor and the driving force behind Andrea Pierce Probate Services. With over 25 years experience, Andrea has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families through the often complex and emotional process of estate administration in the most personable way.
With over 18 years’ experience in probate, she combines deep technical expertise with a genuinely compassionate, approach which puts her clients at the core of every decision. Andrea is also a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP), reflecting her commitment to the highest professional standards in this specialist area.
Before establishing her own firm, Andrea held the role of Legal Services Director for a national probate provider, where she led teams delivering estate administration services at scale. Today, she brings that same level of rigour and leadership to a more personal, client-focused environment, ensuring every family receives clear guidance, thoughtful support and the reassurance they need at a difficult time.

Lindsay Davies
Lindsay is an experienced Probate Specialist and qualified Probate Practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. With a career spanning more than 15 years in Wills, Trusts and Probate, she brings a calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring presence to every client she supports.
Lindsay has built her career in both legal practice and specialist estate administration organisations, giving her a well‑rounded understanding of the full journey families go through when dealing with an estate. Her work over the years has seen her focus on complex matters in Inheritance Tax, Estate Administration and Trust work. Lindsay joined Andrea in 2024 ready to work in a smaller setting allowing her to focus on the client’s individual needs and to work with her clients on a more personal basis, something that Andrea Pierce Probate Services fully embraces.
Lindsay is known for her approachable manner, clear communication, and commitment to making a difficult time feel more manageable. She takes pride in offering practical guidance with empathy, ensuring families feel supported and informed at every stage.
Outside of work, Lindsay is based in Bath and enjoys spending time with her family, reading lots of books and trying her best to grow vegetables in her garden.

Jill is an experienced Relationship Manager and Probate Specialist who enjoys working closely with people and building genuine, long-lasting connections. She has spent much of her career in probate and pensions, supporting clients and professional partners through situations that can often feel complex or overwhelming. Her focus is on making things as clear, straightforward, and supportive as possible for everyone involved.
She takes pride in being someone others can rely on—approachable, well-organised, and committed to ensuring communication runs smoothly while everyone feels supported and informed.
Through her work in probate, Jill has developed a strong appreciation for empathy and clear communication. She is passionate about helping people understand each step of the process, offering reassurance, and making what can be a difficult and emotional experience easier to navigate.
